These gauges use stepper motors, which require power to reset the pointer to the zero position. It is completely normal for the pointer to remain in a non-zero position when the vehicle or gauge is powered off. Once power is restored, the gauge will recalibrate automatically.
Q Does the Air Fuel Ratio Gauge come with an oxygen sensor?
No, the Air Fuel Ratio Gauge does not include an oxygen sensor. You will need to use a compatible narrow band oxygen sensor with an output voltage range of 0~1V. Please ensure your existing sensor meets these specifications before installation.
Q What thread size does the EGT sensor use?
The EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) sensor included in the Exhaust Temperature Gauge package uses a 1/8 NPT thread size. Please verify that your exhaust system has a compatible port or fitting before installation.
