Why doesn't the pointer return to zero when the car is off?
These gauges use stepper motors, which require power to reset the pointer. It is completely normal for the needle to stay in its last position when the vehicle is turned off. Once powered on again, the gauges will re-initialize and return to zero.
Are these gauges compatible with diesel vehicles?
No. These gauges are designed for 12V gasoline vehicles only. They are not compatible with diesel engines. The tachometer is specifically suited for 4, 6, or 8 cylinder gasoline cars.
Does the Air Fuel Ratio Gauge include an oxygen sensor?
No, the Air Fuel Ratio Gauge does not include an oxygen sensor. You will need a narrow-band oxygen sensor with an output voltage of 0–1V, which must be purchased separately and installed into your vehicle's exhaust system.
What thread size are the sensors for the water temp, oil temp, and oil pressure gauges?
The water temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure sensors all use a 1/8 ZG thread size. Please ensure your vehicle's sensor port matches this size, or use an appropriate adapter.
